Il Forno is San Antonio's newest brick oven pizza restaurant from Chef Micheal Sohocki. Scratch made pizza with house made coppa, proscuitto, pepperoni and other meats. All veggies are bought from local farmers. Local beer and wine available.

I went on the second day of business and already, these pizzas were very good. The maiale intero, which means “whole pig” in Italian, featured housemade prosciutto, coppa and pepperoni, all melded nicely with the housemade mozzarella from local milk. This is going to be an exciting place to watch in the coming weeks.
